About Us

The Company

Brennan Investment Partners LLC was formed in 2008 to focus on water infrastructure investing with a particular emphasis on investment opportunities that may be directly affected by the sustainability and availability of water. With a well established reputation in water investing, the founder, William Brennan, and his team consists of individuals with considerable "hands on" industry and investment experience.

Brennan Investment Partners is a registered investment adviser that constructs portfolios with a focus on one company at a time. With a disciplined value approach, including top-down and bottom-up analysis, Brennan Investment Partners' professional goal is to identify under-valued securities through fundamental and company specific research. Regarding public equities, Brennan Investment Partners identifies "value in a company" when the market price of its listed security trades at a significant discount to the intrinsic value of the operation as a whole. A company is added to the portfolio only after an extensive understanding of the operations is achieved through industry contacts, direct dialog with management, use of technical and analytical resources and identification of potential risks that could impact the investment thesis. The management and investment activities of Brennan Investment Partners are based in suburban Philadelphia, PA, which is one of the global hubs of water activities due to the operations of Aqua America, American Water, GE Water and other publicly traded water utilities and companies in the region.

Mr. Brennan has been involved in water and infrastructure investing since 1994 and as an environmental engineer and consultant with a focus on water issues since 1989. He has a long-standing relationship with Summit Global Partners, regarded as one of the oldest and most respected water investment firms in the world, and its principals. Mr. Brennan began his investment career as an equities analyst focusing on the Water Industrials, Waste Management and Security sectors and has continued to do so for the last 16 years.
